Of course we do not want to look like bodybuilders, so we won’t add that much proteins in our body. However, a certain amount of them will make your hair look amazing. Did you know your hair is basically made of protein? Yes it is! So it is only natural to add some extra and your hair will grow a bit faster. Eat at least 20-25 grams per meal. Proteins will also satisfy you more than carbs or fat will ever do. I personally like hemp or chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, avocados, fish, eggs or organic Greek yoghurt as my protein sources.
