Bouncing up and down may not seem ideal but it does sound fun! What better way to lose weight than having a laugh. It strengthens your entire body when you add in the right moves like seat drops and jumping jacks. We see kids doing it all the time laughing away without a care in the world, so why don’t we give it a try. 20 minutes will leave you exhausted, happy and after a few weeks…fitter!
