It can also be beneficial to your skin and body allowing it rid of many of the impurities in your body from its minerals and herbs. Do not drink coffee as an alternative for tea. Coffee makes you jittery and isn't really good for your overall health. Just drink a nice cup of tea to relax you while you’re reading a magazine or nice book.
